Thiourea

Description of jual thiourea:

White or light yellow glossy flake, columnar or needle shaped crystals with a bitter taste. Soluble in water and ethanol, almost insoluble in ether.

Production method of jual thiourea:

The preparation method is to react barium sulfide with sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid, and the hydrogen sulfide gas is absorbed by the negative pressure of the stone ash emulsion to obtain a solution of calcium hydrogen sulfide. It is then reacted with calcium cyanamide, and the molar ratio of calcium hydrogen sulfide to calcium cyanamide is 1:5. Under continuous stirring, the reaction temperature is (80 ± 5) ℃, and the reaction time is 3 hours. After being filtered by negative chemical book pressure, a thiourea liquid can be generated, which is then evaporated, filtered, cooled, and crystallized to obtain crystalline thiourea. The finished product is obtained by centrifugal dehydration and drying. The reaction equation is as follows:

BaS+H2SO4 → BaSO4 ↓+H2S ↑

2H2S+Ca (OH) 2 → Ca (SH) 2+2H2O

Jual thiourea use:

Used for manufacturing sulfonamide, dyes, resins, compression molding powders, etc., also used as a vulcanization promoter for rubber, flotation agent for metal minerals, etc.,

Used as analytical reagents, complexation indicators, and chromatographic analysis reagents.

Used as an intermediate in the production of drugs in medicine. Used as a vulcanization accelerator in the rubber industry. Used as a flotation agent in the mining industry. It is also used as a fabric and paper processing agent, as well as a printing and dyeing assistant. Usage: Thiourea is an intermediate of fungicides, herbicides such as glyphosate and terbutamol, as well as a raw material for pharmaceutical sulfur chemothiazole. It can also be used as a raw material for dyes, resins, and compression molding powders, as well as a vulcanization promoter for rubber and a flotation agent for metal minerals. Usage: This product is used as a raw material for synthesizing drugs such as sulfathiazole, methionine, and pig fat tablets.
