Premium Ammonium Persulfate is manufactured via low-temperature electrolytic synthesis, the mainstream green production route adopted by top Chinese export factories. Strict reaction parameter adjustment and multi-stage impurity filtration jointly guarantee ultra-low heavy metal residue and stable oxidizing activity for finished powder.
The electrolytic production flow starts with purified ammonium sulfate solution, cooled to 5–10℃ before entering electrolytic cells. Direct current drives sulfate radical formation, which combines with ammonium cations to generate crude persulfate crystals. Low-temperature environments prevent premature thermal decomposition and maintain high product yield above 92%.
After crude crystal precipitation, multiple washing, centrifugal separation and recrystallization steps remove residual iron, lead and calcium impurities. For electronic-grade finished goods, ion exchange resin filtration is added to cut trace metal content to ppm levels. All these purification procedures form the core quality control system for Ammonium Persulfate.
Finished product testing covers main content, water insolubles, moisture and heavy metal indexes, with each batch attached a full COA report before shipment. Mature electrolytic technology and rigid impurity control allow Chinese premium Ammonium Persulfate to meet REACH and global electronic factory access standards, favored by PCB manufacturers in Vietnam, Malaysia, South Korea and Europe.
