High-quality industrial Bone Glue relies on standardized animal raw material pretreatment, multi-stage boiling extraction and deep impurity removal processes. Strict control of each production link determines finished glue viscosity, odor level and long-term bonding stability for cross-border export clients.

The full production workflow starts with clean livestock bone raw material sorting, degreasing and demineralization to remove fat, calcium salt and residual meat impurities. Cleaned bones enter sealed high-pressure boiling tanks for constant-temperature collagen extraction, separating crude glue liquid from solid bone residue waste.

Crude glue liquid then passes through multi-stage filtration, deodorization, concentration and low-temperature drying. For export-grade products, activated carbon adsorption and microbial fermentation deodorization steps are added to eliminate odorous protein by-products. After spray drying or cooling granulation, finished Bone Glue powder or pearl particles are obtained with uniform viscosity indicators.

Core quality control targets include gel strength, moisture, ash content and volatile odor value. Each production batch undergoes viscosity testing at 60℃ hot water dissolution before packaging. Mature extraction and impurity removal technology allow Chinese Bone Glue to pass food-contact and industrial environmental safety inspections, meeting import standards of most countries without additional purification by overseas buyers.
