The global Cinnamaldehyde market maintains a tight supply trend in mid-2026, driven by seasonal raw material shortages and increased overseas green chemical demand. China is the core production and export base of cinnamaldehyde, accounting for more than 85% of global total output, and its market price changes directly affect global trade quotations.

Cinnamon bark and benzaldehyde are the core raw materials for producing Cinnamaldehyde. In the past month, seasonal cinnamon raw material harvesting cycles have led to tight domestic raw material supply, pushing up comprehensive production costs. At the same time, the price of chemical synthesis raw materials has increased slightly, further supporting the firm market price of finished products.

Regional demand differences shape the differentiated export price trend of Cinnamaldehyde. European and American markets mainly purchase high-purity natural synthetic products with stable long-term contract prices. Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern and African markets focus on cost-effective industrial refined grade, with flexible spot prices and active trading volume.

Recently, many domestic fine chemical factories have launched routine summer equipment maintenance, reducing the overall operating rate, resulting in reduced spot inventory of Cinnamaldehyde. Overseas distributors have accelerated advance stocking, making the market sentiment continue to heat up. Industry data shows that the FOB China price of cinnamaldehyde has increased by 4% month-on-month.

Market analysts predict that Cinnamaldehyde prices will remain strong in the next one to two months. Raw material supply will not be significantly improved in the short term, and global green additive demand will continue to grow. It is recommended that overseas buyers lock medium-term supply contracts in advance to avoid subsequent price increases.
