Potassium Persulphate is divided into industrial grade and high-purity electronic grade according to production processes, impurity control standards and application fields. The two grades have obvious differences in purity, metal ion content and stability, and grade misselection will directly affect downstream production quality and finished product qualification rate.
Industrial grade Potassium Persulphate has a main content of over 98.5%, with conventional control of iron, heavy metals and water insoluble substances. It is mainly used in conventional industrial scenarios such as wastewater treatment, textile bleaching and general polymer synthesis. This grade is specially customized for PCB micro-etching, semiconductor cleaning and precision electronic material production.
In terms of quality stability, electronic grade products undergo multiple recrystallization and filtration processes, with uniform particle size and stable decomposition temperature. It will not produce excessive micro-residues during electronic processing, avoiding circuit short circuit and precision component failure. Industrial grade products have relatively loose impurity limits and are not suitable for high-precision electronic manufacturing.
