Esterification Synthesis Process and Low-Volatility Purification Technology of Premium DOP

High-quality premium DOP is produced by advanced catalytic esterification synthesis process. Using phthalic anhydride and 2-ethylhexanol as core raw materials, through high-temperature catalytic reaction, esterification synthesis, dealcoholization dehydration and precision purification procedures, high-purity and low-volatility finished DOP products are produced.

 

The whole synthesis process adopts closed automated production equipment and high-efficiency composite catalysts, which greatly improves the reaction conversion rate and reduces residual raw material impurities. Low-volatility purification technology is the core process advantage of premium DOP.
