AMMONIUM CHLORIDE
NH4CL is short for ammonium chloride, which is the ammonium salt of hydrochloric acid. That is usually a by-product of the alkali industry. It has a nitrogen content of 24% to 26% and is a small white or slightly yellowish square or octahedral crystal. It is available in two dosage forms: powder and granules.
