un1805 Production method:

There are wet and thermal methods for industrial production. The former produces phosphoric acid with a lower concentration and more impurities, requiring purification. If a ketone alcohol mixture is used as the extraction system to refine wet process phosphoric acid, a qualified 85% industrial phosphoric acid has been produced through the process of extraction, chemical book washing, reverse extraction, and barium salt precipitation purification. The latter produces phosphoric acid with high concentration and purity, but it consumes a lot of electricity, has higher investment and cost.

The industrial grade phosphorus oxychloride is purified by distillation and reacts with high-purity water to generate phosphoric acid at the desired concentration. It is then purified by freeze-thaw crystallization and filtered with microporous filter membranes to remove dust particles, resulting in colorless and transparent BV-1 grade phosphoric acid.

un1805 use:

Phosphating treatment of steel pipes on metal surfaces, preparation of electrolytic polishing solution and chemical polishing solution;

Polishing of aluminum products;

Manufacturing various phosphates, feed grade calcium hydrogen phosphate, acid manganese phosphate, and potassium pyrophosphate;

The pharmaceutical industry is used to manufacture sodium glycerophosphate and iron phosphate, and to regulate the acidity and alkalinity when manufacturing penicillin.
