Kegunaan baja urea Preparation method:

Method 1

Ammonium carbamate is synthesized from carbon dioxide and ammonia at high temperature and high pressure. After decomposition, absorption and transformation, it crystallizes, separates and dries.

Method 2

The preparation method is to mix purified ammonia with carbon dioxide at a molar ratio of 2.8-4.5 and enter the synthesis tower. The pressure inside the tower is 13.8-24.6 MPa, the temperature is 180-200 ℃, and the residence time of the reaction materials is 25-40 minutes to obtain a urea solution containing excess ammonia and ammonium carbamate. After vacuum cooling, the urea solution separated from ammonia and ammonium carbamate is evaporated to above 99.5%, and then the urea product is obtained by granulation in the granulation tower.
