Description
Iron lignosulfonate is a kind of lignin sulfonate drilling mud diluent, which has the function of
reducing water loss and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, non-toxicity and
strong compatibility. The main physical and chemical indicators and performance indicators of the
product are as follows:

Features:
The dilution performance of fresh water mud is better than that of salt water mud. Compatible
with other types of mud treatment agent. This product is non-flammable, explosive, non-toxic,
non-corrosive, safe to use, will not cause pollution to the environment. It has good emulsifying
ability.

Application:
Directly add the powder or water solution into the mud. Since the PH of the mud decreases after
adding this diluter, and adjust the PH value of the mud between 10 and 11, which has the best effect. Recommended dosage for use as mud thinners: 1.0~1.5% fresh water (W/V), 1.5~2.0% salt water (W/V).

Uses:
The diluent can be used as viscosity reducing agent in deep well. Both vertical and technically
complex slant Wells can be used to reduce both viscosity and filtration loss in water-based drilling
fluids. The product is also suitable for offshore drilling and drilling with high salt content and
saturated salt.
