industrial hydrogen peroxide is a colorless and transparent liquid with a molecular weight of 34.016, a density of 1.13 g/cm ³ (30% solution), a melting point of -0.43 ℃, and a boiling point of 150.2 ℃. Its dielectric constant (84.2) is higher than that of water (78.5), and it has a higher degree of association due to stronger intermolecular hydrogen bonds.

 

Application areas of industrial hydrogen peroxide:

As a bleaching agent used for pulp delignification and fabric bleaching, it replaces traditional chlorine based bleaching agents to reduce dioxin pollution.
It's used for etching and cleaning silicon wafers, in conjunction with hydrofluoric acid to remove oxide layers.
Building materials: As a plastic expansion agent, it improves the crack resistance of concrete by releasing oxygen, which is environmentally friendly and cost-effective.

Industrial safety:
Explosion risk: Solutions with a concentration greater than 60% may explode under high temperature or impurity catalysis, and should be stored away from light and stabilized with stabilizers.
Operating standards: When used in a closed environment, gas embolism should be prevented, such as in cases of pulmonary embolism caused by bone marrow flushing during orthopedic surgery
