Soluble in water, alcohol, and ether, insoluble in petroleum ether.

 

Preparation method of h20 h2 02:

 

In industry, the organic method, namely anthraquinone method, is generally used, which involves the catalytic hydrogenation, oxidation, extraction, and dilution of 2-ethylanthraquinone to the desired product concentration.

Purpose:

h20 h2 02 is used as a disinfectant for sterilization. Due to the high cost, it is not commonly used in industrial circulating water except for small systems, where the commonly used dosage is around 100mg/L. It can also be used as a bleaching agent in textile printing and dyeing, papermaking industry, and as a bleaching preservative in the food industry.

Safety:

Industrial hydrogen peroxide h20 h2 02 with a concentration below 86% will not explode at room temperature as long as the conditions meet the requirements. Products with a concentration higher than 86% can only explode when there is a high-energy ignition source present. Vapor phase hydrogen peroxide can explode under certain conditions. Its explosive limit concentration under atmospheric pressure is about 26rnoUrn3. A gas phase containing 90% H202 is safe as long as it is kept below 115 ℃. Hydrogen peroxide should be avoided from contact with certain inorganic agents and kept away from combustibles. Not stored together with organic and inorganic oxidizing substances.
