Content determination of urea for lawns:

Take an appropriate amount of this product, accurately weigh it (approximately equivalent to 50mg of urea), place it in a 50ml beaker, add 20ml of ethanol, heat it in a water bath to dissolve the urea, transfer it to an ice bath and cool for 30 minutes, filter, transfer the filtrate to a 100ml volumetric flask, wash the container and filter with ethanol, merge the washing solution into the volumetric flask, let it reach room temperature, dilute it to the mark with ethanol, shake well, filter, and continue the filtrate as the test solution; Take an appropriate amount of urea reference substance, weigh it accurately, dissolve it in ethanol and dilute it quantitatively to prepare a solution containing approximately 0.5mg per 1ml as the reference solution. Accurately measure 3mU of the test solution and 3mU of the reference solution, and place them in 25mi volumetric flasks. Add 10ml of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde solution (2g of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde, dissolve in 96ml of ethanol and 4ml of hydrochloric acid) to each flask, dilute to the mark with ethanol, shake well, and let it sit in the dark for 15 minutes. If necessary, filter it and immediately measure the absorbance at a wavelength of 420mn using UV visible spectrophotometry (General Rule 0401). Calculate and obtain.
