Description

1.Synonyms: flame retardant FR-803.

2.LEADFR5350 (Lydorflam803) is a new excellent ultra fine inorganic flame retardant synergist, can compound and work with chloride based or brominated flame retardant, can be substitute for 40-60% antimony trioxide(Sb2O3) and reduce material cost substantially.

3.Through high effectively activating treatment in surface, it improve compatibility and adhesive strength with plastics; featuring good dipping, dispersion and fluidity to glass fiber and mineral fiber, so as to promote flame retardancy stability and mechanical property to products. Meanwhile, it acts acid catalytic in high molecular polymer burning process, produce partially cross linking reaction and carbonization and form carbon coke layer to function of heat insulation and air isolation, slow down thermal decomposition reaction to reach effective flame retardancy.

4.LEADFR5350 is an environmental friendly flame retarding synergist whose heavy metallic (Pb/Cd/As etc) content is much lower than antimony trioxide; conform to EU ROHS directive and environmental requirements of REACH SVHC.

Application

1. Used as a fire retardant in the membranes of plastics industry,the enclosures of electric

devices and household electric appliances,such as PVC,PP ,PE ,PS ,ABS,PU ,etc..

2.Used as filling, covering agents and retardants for rubber, ceramics, enamels, fabrics, and fiber

products.

3.Used as colors and retardants in oil paint and coating material industry.

4.Used as retardants in synthetic resin and papers.

5.Used as catalytic agent in organic synthesis.
